To accommodate the client's needs the project was planned in phases. Phase I-Parking Garage was constructed to alleviate the lack of parking. It was later utilized as a temporary service area while the Phase III Service Garage alterations were underway. This also freed up space on the property for construction vehicles and materials. Phase II-Service and Showroom After the Addition was completed, it served as the drop off for vehicles and the entrance for the offices. Phase III-Service Garage Alteration. Phase IV-Showroom Renovation. The transition of the offices into trailers and using the parking lot as the showroom was timed with late spring and early summer.
